Move Coordinator and Customer Service
Mergenthaler Transfer & Storage assigns a move coordinator to every move once an order-for-service has been received. It is the move coordinator’s role to serve as a single point of contact throughout the entire move. Regular phone calls will be made prior, during and after the move to see that commitments are met and that you are ready for the next stage of the relocation.
Any questions or concerns that arise should be directed to the move coordinator. Communication from both you and from the mover is essential to a successful relocation.
Make sure that you keep your move coordinator’s phone number available to you throughout the move. Your move coordinator will always be the person who can answer questions and resolve concerns quickest.
